NodeTech provides AI-driven digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising management, social media management, web design and development, graphic design, video production, domain and hosting services, and AI automation solutions. The scope and deliverables of each service are defined in individual project agreements.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Our standard payment structure is 40% upfront, 30% at project midpoint, and 30% upon delivery. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for your project. NodeTech retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery remain the property of NodeTech.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes business strategies, marketing data, customer lists, and technical details. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
NodeTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
